Cryogenically Frozen People Coming Back From The Dead

There are 300 cryogenically frozen people in the world today.  They are hoping in the future they can be thawed and brought back to life.

Seems a bit far fetched.  But maybe at some point they will have electric Chi machines or something that can be perfectly calibrated to put the life force back in a human being.

To say their consciousness will be the same is another leap though.  Will they remember anything?

It seems a bit space age or like something from Star Trek.

Then again, if you told people 150 years ago that you could have a face to face conversation with someone on the other side of the world, it would have seemed equally daft.

Humanity marches on.

If they wake up I’d imagine they will also need some serious rehab and a solid exercise plan… to become healthy and able again.

I wonder if in the future they will still be using dumbass weight machines (and many dumbbell and barbell exercises) that build imbalanced physiques and cause inflexibility, poor mobility and injuries.

It may even be worse in the future.  The machines could also be setup to send an electric impulse to the muscle to make it contract on its own and lift the weight held on the machine.

It wouldn’t surprise me.  I mean, they’ve even started such prototypes already with those ab stimulator belts.

They are missing the whole point of human development and performance (including the best look).  It is to do with brain development as much as anything else; things like… coordination, balance, stability, calmness under tension, muscle control, spatial awareness etc.  It is about functional movements that we evolved doing, for good reason – they are what served us best as a species.

These natural exercises also happen to create the best physiques; lean, muscular, balanced, agile, strong and quick.

I’ll tell you one thing, now and in the future, the best athletes will still know the right way to do things.  They will do half of it, most of it or all of it.  Otherwise they won’t be the best.

A Closer Look At Legends… And How They Move

Who’s the better player between Ronaldo and Messi?  The eternal football question of the last decade.  I don’t have an answer. I’m not even going to try to provide one… because it’s really a pointless argument.

I think we should just enjoy two great players.

However, I will talk about what I think their strengths and weaknesses are, at least in terms of training or athleticism.

What can we learn from them?  A lot obviously.  We can learn from the greats, in any area.

I’ve talked before about how Ronaldo trains.  He is relentless and he does a lot of bodyweight exercises.  I believe this is the one of the main reasons he is such an athletic specimen.

He does 1500 sit ups per day.  Have you seen his core?  Everyone has, because he can’t wait to whip it out.  He looks like a cobra… his midsection is that solid.

He does other bodyweight moves at high reps per day as well.  His ability to sprint, jump, his two footedness, kicking power and heading ability is no doubt largely to do with this regime.  He can also twist on a dime and turn powerfully while the other players are still trying to get rooted to turn.

That’s the ridiculous core he has.  He improved his athleticism drastically from when he was a very slight kid.

If we are looking at where C. Ronaldo could maybe improve, we are probably talking about things Messi has: fluidity, poise, rhythm, balance and vision.

Messi lacks the same sort of power, ambidexterity, aerial power, sprinting off the ball and strength, as CR.

I’m not saying they are poor on these things, just that the other one is a genius in that regard.

When  I look at how CR trains, from my knowledge, if he stopped his add-ons of weight machine exercises and bicep curls and instead did more multi-dimensional animal movements and tai chi type exercises, he’d also make his spine, shoulders, hips and pelvis as incredible as his core and large muscle groups.

He’s also gain more poise and rhythm.  His calmness would also lead to Messi like vision.

Could you imagine how good he’d be then?  You’d probably be talking about the best ever.  On the other hand if Messi worked on his body to the amount Ronaldo does, with a few of the above subtractions and additions, you’d also be looking at the supernatural.

Best ever?

You could make an argument for any one of these players as the greatest and a few more. It’s a pointless debate…  all legends.

Is there anyone in sport doing the complete training I am talking about here?  Yes, there is: Conor McGregor.

He has the poise, calmness, balance, ambidexterity, spinal strength, core stability, fluidity and effortless power… all in the one package.

He’s studied all this too.  He’s continually evolved his method.  As his coach John Kavanagh says, ‘win or learn.’  He actually prefers the term ‘learn or learn,’ but that doesn’t sound as good.

Coach Kavanagh is way ahead of the curve.  That’s why Ireland (6.5 million people) came back with more amateur MMA medals from Vegas this year than any other nation in the world!
